Mango Sweet Chutney

This is a different side dish made out of unripe mangoes. I never tasted it before until MK prepared it.My MIL used to prepare it but he did not know the exact recipe, so he tried calling her but she did not pick up..After much thinking and showing off he made this. I was teasing him about the final outcome..But when I tasted it, I simply loved it.I'm a great mango lover and I enjoyed this thokku with rice....It can be refrigerated and used for 4-6 days.

Mango thokku can be served with plain rice or as a side dish for any rice item. It makes its way toFestive Food: His Cooking Event at Indian Khana.Along with this I'm sending Vegetable Puff and Thai Red Curried Chicken Noodles to the event.
